2. A talk with Steve Silberman, a contributing editor for Wired magazine who was the first reporter for Wired News. His recent piece for the magazine, Caught in the Kid Porn Crusade, will be discussed tonight.

3. Homework: Follow some blogs for the week and think of these questions: Are blogs journalism? Are bloggers reporters? Journalists? Are blogs just a fad? Do they enhance the online news experience? Which ones do you like and why? Which ones do you dislike and why? What are the differences you see among the blogs?
